• Authentication & Account Data: Usernames, passwords, authentication tokens, and one-time password (OTP) verification records.
• Device & Technical Diagnostics: Device type, operating system, IP address, unique device identifiers, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for appointment push notifications, and crash analytics logs.
• Billing & Transaction Records: Invoiced service packages, payment mode, transaction reference numbers, and GST billing details. (Note: We do not store sensitive credit/debit card numbers or bank account PINs on our servers; payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways.)

3. How We Collect Data

We collect information through three primary channels:

• Directly from You: When you register an account in the Pro Pulse app, submit appointment booking forms, request a call back, or communicate with our clinical coordinators.
• During Care Delivery: When licensed physiotherapists, occupational therapists, or nursing professionals conduct physical evaluations, design rehabilitation plans, and record therapy progress.
• Automated Technologies: Through app diagnostics, Firebase analytics, and secure website cookies to maintain session states and app performance.

4. Purpose & Use of Data

Your information is used strictly for legitimate healthcare, operational, and customer service purposes:

• To schedule, assign, and coordinate in-clinic and home-care physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions.
• To formulate clinical recovery regimens and monitor therapeutic progress.
• To authenticate your identity, send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates via SMS, email, or app push notifications.
• To generate compliant medical tax invoices and process transactions.
• To provide prompt customer support and resolve user queries.
• To enhance mobile application stability, detect security anomalies, and ensure software reliability.

5. Third-Party Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to any advertising, marketing, or data aggregation companies.

We only disclose information under the following limited circumstances:

• Authorized Caregivers: Assigned physiotherapists and medical personnel directly involved in your therapy.
• Infrastructure Service Providers: Trusted third-party technology providers (such as Google Firebase for cloud hosting, push notifications, and authentication; telecom SMS gateways for OTPs and appointment updates) bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
• Statutory & Legal Requirements: If mandated by Indian law, judicial order, or regulatory authorities, or to defend legal claims and ensure patient safety.

6. Data Security & Storage

We employ robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:

• All network communications between the mobile app, website, and our servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2+ / HTTPS).
• Health and profile databases are stored in high-security, ISO-certified cloud environments located within India.
• Strict access controls and multi-factor authentication are enforced across our internal staff and technical administrators.

7. Data Retention Policy

• User Profile & App Data: Stored while your account remains active. Upon verified deletion request, profile details are permanently purged within 30 days.
• Clinical & Medical Records: In accordance with Indian healthcare regulations (including the Clinical Establishments Act and National Medical Commission rules), consultation histories and clinical assessment files are preserved for a statutory minimum of 3 years.
• Financial & Invoicing Records: Retained for 7 to 8 years as required by Indian taxation (GST) and corporate statutory laws.

8. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your Pro Pulse user account and associated personal data at any time.
