This page provides instructions and a direct submission portal for users of the Pro Pulse mobile app (developed and published by PRO PULSE HEALTH CARE AND REHABILITATION CENTRE LLP) to request the deletion of their user account and associated personal data in accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and data protection standards.

1. Overview of Account Deletion

At Pro Pulse Health Care and Rehabilitation Centre LLP, we value your privacy and transparency. You have full rights to request the permanent deletion of your mobile app account and any associated personal data at any time. Once your deletion request is processed, you will no longer have access to your account or any personal profile details stored in the app.

2. How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You can request account deletion using any of the following methods:

A Method 1: Directly Within the Mobile App (Recommended)

If you have the Pro Pulse app installed on your smartphone or tablet:

Open the Pro Pulse mobile app.
Log in using your registered mobile number or email address.
Navigate to your Profile (tap the user avatar / profile tab).
Select Settings → Account Settings.
Tap on Delete Account & Data.
Review the warning notice detailing what data will be deleted.
Tap Confirm Account Deletion and verify via the one-time passcode (OTP).

Your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent data purging.

B Method 2: Submit a Web Deletion Request (Without App)

If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to log in, you can submit your deletion request directly through our online portal below. We will verify your credentials and initiate the account deletion.

C Method 3: Request via Email or Phone

3. Data Handling: What Data Is Deleted vs Kept

When you request account deletion, we purge all non-essential personal information. However, as an Indian clinical healthcare and rehabilitation establishment, certain healthcare and financial records must be preserved for statutory legal compliance.

Retained for Legal Compliance	Retained in secure, encrypted medical archives as legally mandated under Indian healthcare guidelines (National Medical Commission & Clinical Establishments Act) for a statutory minimum of 3 years. Not accessible through the app.
Invoices & Financial Transactions	Billing receipts, payment transaction IDs, GST invoices, and accounting ledgers.	Retained for Tax Compliance	Retained strictly for statutory audit and tax compliance under Indian Financial & GST regulations (typically up to 7-8 years).

4. Deletion Timelines & Retention Period

Immediate Account Suspension: As soon as your request is verified, access to your account and app logins will be permanently disabled immediately.
Data Purging (Up to 30 Days): All personal profile records, login credentials, device tokens, and preference records are permanently purged from active production databases within 30 days of verification.
Backup Cycle: Encrypted backup snapshots are overwritten and purged within our standard rolling backup retention cycle (up to 60 days).
Statutory Retention: Legally required medical records and financial/tax invoices are maintained exclusively in restricted, secure archival storage and are purged immediately upon the expiration of the statutory retention period.
